Champagne Jello Shots
These are great for celebrations at home, because you can’t go out anywhere. Great for New Year’s Eve!
1 cup plus ½ cup Sparkling Wine
1/3 cup Sugar
1 ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 packs of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup Vodka
In a pot add 1 cup sparkly wine, sugar, lemon juice and gelatin. Stir on low heat until combined. Remove from heat and add the vodka and remaining sparkling wine. Spray a 6×9 backing dish or a dish of your choice depending on how thick you want them. You can also use a silicone mould or shot cups for individual pieces. Pour into your dish/container and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Remove from the fridge and run a knife along the edge of the pan to separate and turn out onto a piece of wax paper to cut into pieces.
Top with festive sprinkles or gold powder.
